Our fees for real estate services

Hst plus title insurance, registration fee, land transfer tax, title search. Extensions to closing dates, assignments of rents, status certificate reviews, similar name executions, Interim Closings, writ clearance letters, Costs for Tax Certificates, postponements, electronic mortgage processing fees or similar other matters are not included in the Standard closing flat fee. This flat fee is applicable for purchase transactions upto $1,000,000.00 (One Million Dollars). Extra flat fee shall be applicable for over one million dollar property.

Hst plus Law Society transaction fee plus tax plus courier for upto one mortgage discharge plus conveyancing fee. Flat fee does not include discharge of more than one mortgage, extensions to closing dates, writ searches, writ clearance letters, similar name executions, cost of Tax Certificates or similar other issues.

Tax plus registration fee plus title insurance. Flat fee applies upto one mortgage discharge. Addl fee shall apply to more than one payouts, cost for tax certificates, similar name executions, clearance letters electronic mortgage processing fee, title transfers at the same time.

Tax plus registration fee plus land transfer tax, if applicable. Any additional matters not included and are charged for extra flat fee.

Tax plus searches plus extensions in closing dates or similar other matters not included. Fee valid upto $1,000,000.00 transactions.
